Workplace savings schemes – Mixed performance in 2025

Infographics – Eres’s latest barometer shows that France’s large listed companies have been slightly less generous towards their employees. Last year, SBF 120 groups paid out €6.23 billion in profit-sharing bonuses (profit-sharing schemes, employee savings incentives and employer top-ups), a 3.84% drop on 2024. However, the average collective bonus per employee rose by 2% year-on-year. The firm chaired by Mathieu Chauvin also highlights another cause for satisfaction.
