Synalp – Two new wealth management takeovers in Lyon

M&A – Synalp has completed the acquisition of two Lyon-based firms, Athence and Confluence Patrimoine Conseil. The deals reinforce the highly active buy-and-build strategy of the wealth management advisory platform led by Benjamin Bertrand, Laurent Journet and Sébastien Labens. Meanwhile, the Savoy-based group, backed by Capital Croissance in a leveraged buyout, continues to explore options to restructure its shareholder base.
