Swiss Life has announced plans to cut around 600 jobs by the end of 2028—just over 5% of its global workforce—as it released its half-year results. Roughly half of the reductions will hit Swiss Life Asset Managers, the insurer’s asset management arm led by Matthias Aellig, and will be concentrated outside Switzerland.
