SFDR 2.0 – European Parliament takes middle ground on fossil fuels

Sustainable finance – The European Parliament’s Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee has just published its official position on the review of the SFDR regulation. Among its proposals, it suggests reversing the European Commission’s plan to exclude fossil-fuel project developers from the future “transition” category—and puts forward an alternative.
