Strategy – Perial Asset Management is shifting its focus to target more professional and sophisticated investors. Currently, retail clients account for the bulk of the €5.5bn in assets under management at the property investment arm of Perial. In an interview with News Asset Pro, deputy CEO Vincent Lamotte outlines the asset manager’s strategy and ambitions under the family-owned group led by Éric Cosserat.
