Métagram completes Progentis acquisition in Belgium

M&A – Métagram has just announced its acquisition of MFO Progentis. First reported in our pages on 12 October, the deal marks the 20th bolt-on acquisition in three years for the IFA network, which is backed by private-equity firm Meanings Capital Partners. It also signals its first move outside France, with the launch of Métagram Benelux. Meanwhile, the group—led by co-founder Vincent Couroyer—continues to reshape its shareholder base.
