Publié le 9 oct. 2026 à 18:03
Alain Gautron, vice-president of Malakoff Humanis, told News Assurances Pro that the group will shortly demand repayment of the €6 million in commissions paid since 2022 by Sienna Gestion to Thomas Vendôme Investment. The asset manager, now under the social protection group’s control, considers the payments unjustified. Asked to respond by News Asset Pro, the intermediary firm—founded and led by Jean-Pierre Thomas—has addressed the allegations.
