Regulation – The French financial regulator has just released its first annual report under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Asset managers have been hit hardest, with the AMF, chaired by Marie-Anne Barbat-Layani, recording 31 major incidents reported in 2025. Most stemmed from failures by their IT service providers.
