Caceis strengthens partnership with Edmond de Rothschild in Luxembourg

M&A – Caceis, the Crédit Agricole subsidiary led by Jean-Pierre Michalowski, has announced the acquisition of Edmond de Rothschild’s third-party asset servicing business in Luxembourg. The deal also covers the private equity and infrastructure fund servicing operations in the Grand Duchy run by Ariane de Rothschild’s firm. Alongside the transaction, the two groups have agreed a broader commercial partnership.
