Groupe Premium – Sanso Longchamp AM to merge with Flornoy Ferri

M&A – After its wealth management advisory arm acquired Adunea, Groupe Premium is expanding its asset management business with the purchase of Sanso Longchamp AM. The asset manager, jointly led by David Kalfon and David Armstrong, had plans to restructure its shareholding since at least last July and will now merge with Flornoy Ferri.
