M&A – Crystal to acquire Pure Capital’s wealth management business and merge it with its subsidiary Qualion Finance. The deal will allow the independent financial adviser, led by Jean-Maximilien Vancayezeele, to grow its assets under management in Luxembourg and Belgium to €5.2bn.
