CGP – CapExpertis strengthens its position with UI Investissement

LBO – CapExpertis founder Régis Feuvrier hands over the company to its CEO, Nicolas Vieille. The French wealth manager also welcomes private equity firm UI Investissement as a new shareholder. The deal was arranged with support from investment bank Pax Corporate Finance.
